Applications for membership should go through the HQ site:

In left most item of the menu bar below the banner, the item “Join ISSA” leads to the on-line application. Follow the General Membership Application link

When you fill it in please select TORONTO as your CHAPTER. You can use this web site in the “where did you hear about us”

Let us know when you get an acknowledgement back confirming membership; the HQ don’t always send me notification immediately.
