Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Policy

For all fee-based events, refunds will be granted if notification of cancellation is received by email at registration@issa-toronto.org 48 hours before the event. Please note that your registration is transferable by writing to: registration@issa-toronto.org and indicating your name and company along with the information for the person to whom registration is being transferred. Transfers are only valid where event fees are equal i.e. member to member transfers. For member to non-member transfers, the difference of event fees, if applicable, must be paid. We request registration transfer notification by 5 pm the day preceding the event.

Any cancellations received after the times noted above may be refunded depending on circumstances and at the discretion of the Toronto Chapter ISSA Board.
